Summer workouts:

Volleyball & Cross Country
Dates of workouts:
June: 23rd, 24th, 25th
July: 14th, 15th, 16th, 28th, 29th, 30th
August: 4th, 5th, 6th
Weekly Days: These are all on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays
Session Times:
Volleyball: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM (Gym)
Cross Country: 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. (Playground)
Location: Fleeta Jr. High School
What to Bring Every Day
Water Bottle: Bring at least 32 ounces of water or sports drink.
Footwear: You will need to wear athletic shoes (NO CROCS or SANDALS)
Attire: Wear kneepads (VB), athletic shorts, t-shirt, and socks.

Expectations and Safety
Attendance is highly encouraged by anyone planning to be a part of the team this fall. If you miss a campus session due to family vacation or camp, please communicate with me. There are only 12 workouts. If you have more than 3 unexcused absences, you will no longer be on the team.
Please prioritize hydration and eat a light breakfast at least one hour before arriving. Let's put in the work this summer to build a championship culture.

If your child has a library book, please return it. Your child's report card will be withheld if they have an overdue book or a replacement fine. If you are unsure, please message the page or your child's teacher. I am not allowed to list students here. (It would be rude and unethical.) Patterson's class has a good many that still have books. Hart's class -1 Drish's class has 2 I believe. Grissett-2 Driver-probably 5, I think Wilson-0 You are also welcome to email me at nancy.wilson@cov.k12.al.us I will give you a call tomorrow if you are on my list.

Hi. It's me again. Our school is missing a lot of books still. Mrs. Patterson's students, Mrs. Grissett's students, and Mrs. Drish's students currently have the most missing books. Mrs. Beasley's class, sixth grade, and eighth grade are completely in the clear. Way to go! Popsicles on Monday for each student who has turned in their books or paid a book replacement fee. (I would rather have the book.)
